We are based in Morningside, Auckland and ship/distribute all items from this location to addresses across NZ.

COST

 

Our shipping is a flat fee for all of NZ - $10 including GST.

DESPATCH

Shipping usually takes up to 2 business days from date of despatch.

Some locations (like RD addresses) may take a few days longer - please let us know if you don’t receive your goods when you expect it!

We dispatch Mondays through Fridays (except public holidays).

Orders must be placed by 12 noon to be shipped that day.

P.O. BOXES

We are unable to courier goods to P.O. Boxes - please provide a street address when ordering. Thanks.

DAMAGES

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Do not open or use the coffee until we have been able to submit a claim to our courier company.

LOST PARCELS

We will issue refunds or replacements for parcels that have been lost or damaged once they have been deemed officially lost by the courier company.

TRACKING

Once your coffee ships, we’ll send you a tracking notification from our courier company, so you can see exactly where your coffee is. Yum yum.
